  • Let the dough rest in a warm place for approximately 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.

  • Let stand for half an hour at room temperature.
  • Bring water to a boil in a pot with a wire rack or a steamer.
  • Put the loaves on the steamer fold down and steam for 30 minutes.
  • Once cooked, heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry them over high heat until golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
