Preparation

  • First we prepare the dough. For this you must take a deep bowl and mix the yeast and flour after sifting them.
  • Besides, dissolve the salt in water and then add a tablespoon of oil.
  • Form a volcano with the flour and pour the water with salt and oil in the center .
  • Start to slowly incorporate the flour with the water until you achieve a soft and moldable dough.
  • Knead for 10 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes ,  to increase its volume.
  • Then cut it in half, knead it again and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.
  • To prepare the filling, start by cooking the potatoes in plenty of salted water, leave them in the water until they are tender, but do not let them fall apart.
  • Remove them from the water and run them through the tap to prevent them from continuing to cook, then let them cool completely.
  • Finally, remove the skin.
  • Take your dough and knead it briefly, then roll it out with a rolling pin until it is about a centimeter thick.
  • Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and spread your dough on the bottom.
  • Slice the potatoes and cut the  sausage into thin slices .
  • Spread them over the surface of the dough to your liking.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the potatoes and sausages, also add a little salt and a dash of olive oil.
  • Put the tray in the oven and let the pizza cook for about 20 minutes or until you notice that the dough and cheese are golden brown.
